BACKGROUND

Mission Consultancy Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a business IT Software Consultancy based in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia. We are one of the MSC Pioneer status companies . Our clients consist of banking , financial institutions and insurance companies. We are looking for experienced IT Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. IT Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles. JOB ROLE

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Analyse the good medium for job posting in Indonesia job portal
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Assist teams in screening resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
• Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
• Coordinate drug tests and background checks
• Participate in recruiting events
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate the offer salary with the candidates and explain cost of living in Malaysia
• Track attendance existing contractors using Jibble application and send reminder to the late contractor
• Make the draft of offer letter
• Assist the successful candidate to make the clearance in Indonesia for visa application

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years in IT Recruitment
• Good in excel
• Bachelor Degree in related field. Having a bachelor degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems is the plus point.
